Direct dispatch

Many online customers choose to use our direct dispatch service at first to see how well the products will sell on their site. This service (otherwise known as “drop shipping”) is a popular choice for those customers with limited storage space and for those not willing to invest in stock. We offer excellent prices to retailers who want to advertise our machines on their site and make it possible for them to get great returns on sales without even handling the goods.

You generate the order from the consumer, take their payment, order the item with us and we do the rest. We will dispatch within 24hrs and can send it with your own delivery notes so that it looks like it came straight from your warehouse.

Ordering

  • All orders must be either posted, emailed or phoned through to 01342 321187 / 07530 189905
  • With credit accounts the item will be despatched within 24hrs of order. For cash accounts the item will be despatched within 24hrs of receipt of payment.
  • Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer of Paypal (Paypal payments are subject to a 3% surcharge).
  • Each purchase order must:
  • Clearly state which product and colour is required.
  • Contain a purchase order number.
  • Show the full name of the purchaser
  • Delivery addresses must have a valid UK post code. If there are any useful notes regarding an address, please include them.
  • Only deliveries to UK mainland are accepted for direct despatch orders. We will gladly post the items outside the UK but prices will be given on application.
  • If you would like us to include your delivery paperwork with the order then please forward this to us at time of order (if not packaging will be plain other than the delivery address label).

Ice Appliance will not supply orders to unregistered retailers. If you want to sell our products on your site you must contact us first so we can set you up as a seller, send you product images for you site and agree terms.

Samples

We can arrange for a sample to be sent so that you can get chance to view, test and compare products yourself before committing to a larger order. For a small deposit we will deliver a sample machine and allow you a 5-10 day trial period, if you like the machine and wish to place an order then your deposit will be used towards your first invoice. If you decide not to place an order then we will arrange a collection and return your deposit minus the postage charge (about £16).
