Direct dispatch

Rather than stocking Ice Appliance products, you may choose to use our direct dispatch service to see how well our appliances sell. This service – known as ‘drop shipping’ - is a popular choice if you have limited storage space.

You generate the order from your customer, take their payment, order the item with us, and we do the rest. We will dispatch within 24 hours, and can even send the product with your own delivery notes so that it looks like it came straight from your warehouse. You make a great return on sales without even handling the goods. It couldn’t be simpler.

How to order

Simply contact us now via post, phone or email.

If you already have a credit account with us the items will be despatched within 24 hours of order. For cash accounts the item will be despatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal (Paypal payments are subject to a 3% surcharge).

Ice Appliance will not supply orders to unregistered retailers. If you wish to sell our products on your site please contact us first so we can set you up as a seller, send you product images for your site, and agree terms.

Each purchase order must:

Have a purchase order number
Clearly state which product and colour is required
Show the full name of the purchaser
Have a delivery address with a valid UK post code. (If there are any useful notes regarding an address, please include them)

Delivery

Only deliveries to the UK mainland are accepted for direct despatch orders. For deliveries outside of the UK please contact us for prices.

If you would like us to include your delivery paperwork with the order then please forward this to us at the time of ordering. If not, the item will be sent out with a plain delivery note.

Bespoke products

Would you like your products in a different colour? Perhaps you’d like your company logo on your machine? No problem. Orders can be supplied to your specifications including different colour and material options as well as electrical modifications. We can even help with packaging designs.
