Ordering From Us

Ordering from IceAppliance.com couldn't be easier. Simply find the product that you want from our shop and add to your basket. Once you have finished shopping go to the checkout by clicking the button on the top right corner of your screen. You will then be taken to the PayPal checkout process, but don't worry if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still use your credit or debit card to complete payment.

Making Payment

If you prefer not to pay online via PayPal then you are welcome to pay via electronic bank transfer or a good old fashioned cheque in the post! To do this please don’t use the online shop but simply email us with your order details including delivery address and payment choice.  (Our bank details for bacs payments are available on the downloads page of this site and cheques should be made payable to: “Ice Appliance Ltd”)

Order Confirmation

Once Ice Appliance receives an order online we will send out confirmation via email within 24hrs which will let you know when the product will be despatched and when you are likely to receive it. (If paying via PayPal the email will be sent to the address of the account holder so please advise if you would like it sent to an alternative address).

Please ensure that you include a contact phone number when you process the order through PayPal.  We forward this number on to the courier in case they have trouble locating your address.

Next Day Despatch

Items are usually despatched the following working day after the order has come through to our office.  We use a 1-3 day courier service so the longest wait should be no more than 4 days from date of order.  If you need a faster delivery then please let us know before ordering as this can be arranged at a small surcharge.

All deliveries must be signed for and the courier drivers are not able to leave on a door step or in a shed.  If nobody is in at the address to sign for the parcel then the driver will post a card through your door with instructions for you to contact the courier to rearrange the delivery.  If the courier is unable to deliver on 3 occasions then the item will be returned to Ice Appliance and a further delivery could be chargeable.

When signing for the delivery please check the item for damage.  We can assure you that all items leave are warehouse in perfect condition so if they arrive with you in a tatty box please be sure to open the box and inspect the goods prior to signing in case the machine has been damaged in transit.  If you do find damage then report it to the driver and refuse the delivery if necessary.  Please then also contact us to let us know.  Failure to report damage on delivery could result in us being unable to process your return and offering a replacement.

Before use

Before using any Ice Appliance product please read all the instructions first. Many of our machines are powered by a compressor which should not be tilted and should be left to rest for two hours before use. 

On the rare occasion that you receive a product that is faulty on delivery then please let us know straight away so that we can arrange a day to collect and swap with a brand new replacement.  We will need you to repackage the product just as it arrived with you and please make sure that it is completely dry before repackaging.

12 Month Warranty

12 Month Warranty from Ice ApplianceAll Ice Appliance products come with a 12 months parts and labour warranty.  If your machine develops a fault within this period then you simply need to send it back to us with a completed copy of our products return form (found on the downloads page).  If you do not have the original box to send it back to us then please insure that it is well protected in a sturdy box with plenty of packing to avoid damage on its return.  (For cheap return postage please visit www.interparcel.com) We will then repair or replace the machine and send it back to you within 14days. 

Our products are designed for domestic use only and any product that has developed a fault due to misuse will not qualify for a free warranty repair.

If a product develops a fault after the warranty period then please let us know and we can arrange for the unit to be repaired by one of our engineers at a very reasonable cost.
